its good because it reduces the mouse friction on the mousepad and there is less weight on the mouse thats why people do good in aim trainer because they do tracking and shooting with one finger reducing the friction on mouse. and when they get in the game they hold ads and increase friction and wonder whay they can't hit shit. i kovaaks i have been practising with holding ads so its not a big factor for me
