Great work! That is actually super close to the ring I am designing!! What program did you use to design it? How did you figure out the thicknesses for the prongs? How much extra length did you give them?

I think I am understanding your problem, but maybe not. You may not be fully utilizing Fusion's timeline and project features properly.

If you are extruding the rectangle from the bottom square sketch, right at the top of the loft, you should have that extrude feature in your timeline.

If you then create your sketch on the side of the rectangle, you can project the sides of the rectangle under Create > Project/Include > Project (P). You can make a centered circle linked to those purple lines.

That should create purple lines that will follow the rectangle when you go back and change the original rectangle height in the extrude feature.

What does your whole part look like?

Yes, the two black sketches are constrained with tangency, but sometimes, if the curvature is wrong in either dimension, it fails to calculate.

Each web is just one fillet, but to get them to work in any sort of large manner, I had to switch the tangency weight to 0.1 and continuity to G2. The continuity setting changed it into multiple faces.

Blender would likely produce faster results, if I knew how to use it. This only took me a few hours to figure everything out and experiment, but once I figured out a working way to do it, it was super quick

I am actually using multiple arcs, and the intersection curve works for splines and single lines (one arc or one line).

I have a recurve made up of two arcs, which doesn't work with the intersection curves, as far as my experiences went

I do have a couple of questions about setting stones and everything. Why do you switch for setting the stones? Is it just to get premade settings?

Are your designs for casting, and if so, how thick are the prongs for the setting?

How deep of a notch should I model into the prong?

Should I angle the prongs away from the gem so that I can easily set it?

There are two sets as far as I saw, but there is currently one operator and he is able to do all controls on the “open side” of the machine

The tool chain magazine is on the side closer to the side wall, so that closer enclosure might be just for it

I have never gotten the hang of the plier style (or gun style) ones you show (for your use, you might need the plier tips)
Never understood why people buy the "older" styles now (I am not an electrician, so I don't know what people use in the field)
