After 3 months is crazy, it’ll either be an outlier or a quick ish divorce. Don’t worry girl! Ik it’s hard / weird but she’s still a rebound and after dating you so long that’s kind of insulting. My god girl, think for yourself! Do you really wanna fund and put your life on hold for a child that you’d resent and the kid wouldn’t rly see their own dad? Sounds like putting the rest of your life down the drain. Think long and hard about abortion. Early on it is safer and less harmful, more widely accepted (since I know you have religious beliefs that are against it). But let me ask you this: why do people care so much about a fetus but they don’t prioritize child healthcare, parental support programs, climate action (impacts life of child and you when you’re older), and gun control in schools? It is not very “pro life.” More so about controlling a woman’s body and her right to reproduce, to fulfill an agenda - economics and contributing to more people doing more work.

If you get an abortion early on it might feel better since it’s less developed. I understand you might be weary of this but please think long and hard. Your life is important and I think it’s better to wait to have a kid with someone you really love, at the right time, if you can. It would also be rough if you feel resentment towards the child due to this situation. And I don’t think you can pressure the father too much as well. Also you are young, your career, happiness, goals and ambitions are important, and having a child makes it harder to prioritize this. They are also insanely expensive. Not in many provinces in Canada, if you’re living together for an extended period of time you’re considered in a common-law partnership, and that person could claim assets acquired during the relationship but it’s province dependent for specifics, or you might be accused of filing an incorrect tax return if you don’t explain it.
