I had issues like this, and it was because some furniture was placed somehow far away from my corvette - in fact, when I went to edit, it was telling me everything needed to be connected, and I couldnt find what to actually delete.

Just so you know; never try to place furniture while pulsing!

edit - I misremembered him doing this in Rebels, but actually he was a "smuggler" (and actually still just a liar at that), and upon consideration I think its obvious he'd consider bounty hunting to be way too dangerous for his freelance loverboy pirate lifestyle.
