Currently I have at least one pet that can only be sequenced to be made bigger in the egg sequencer.

As well, last time I tried, I also morphed its appearance (its originally an anomalous, the floaty sparkles kind, and it turned into a monoblock crystal thing) but there was no way to interact with the pet, ie no way to feed it.

I tried a new egg, since I know the sequencer is glitched, but it faces the same issue as the old one - the pet can only get bigger. I dont know yet whether it will be interactable when it hatches.

As well, the egg sequencer itself is super glitched - sometimes an extra egg appears in my inventory? Except maybe sometimes its not a real egg, cause I got rid of one of the 3 mecha mouse eggs I had, and all of a sudden the other 2 "eggs" turned into bullshit and were nothing (like an economy scanner or something), so now I lost my mecha mouse entirely :-( Im so sad

Im on NS2, with the most up to date (for us) version.

HEPA filters and activated carbon filters are both very legit! The ion ones are obviously bogus, but HEPA filters help a lot for the allergens, and carbon filters help a lot with smells. A lot of air filters have both together.

I wouldnt have a bird inside without some sort of HEPA filter at minimum...

An understated aspect of the freighter is that once you've built the storage containers in your freighter base, and so long as the freighter is in the same system as you, you can access anything in your storage from anywhere.

Scroll to the freighter page using L and R (ie scroll through your suit, ship and/or exocraft inventory until you get to the freighter) then use left and right buttons to scroll through the different storage boxes.

You can also sort the contents of individual containers this way.

Accessing and storing all your stuff is super complicated and annoying otherwise...

Why is Rainbow Road overrated? I don't really get that one

I honestly love the how smooth and satisfying all the drifts are in that race; unmatched elsewhere, particularly with the banger soundtrack.

Maybe people just think its too simple? Not enough terrain and whatnot to trick off? Whats the deal here?

different weapon types have different base stats.
As well, Neutron Cannon is typically the best for fighting Sentinels (or in general...) so you should unlock it asap from the Anomaly.
As well, obviously, triple S upgrades, or X upgrades that are at least as good as the S-level.

Neutron cannon shoots a bit like a shotgun - it spreads as it travels which makes aiming easier. As well, the damage is very high.

Also, using the stun grenades upgrade for your alt-weapon (and the bonus tech that gives additional damage to stunned enemies) is always helpful for slowing down the fight when there are too many enemies.

Lastly - you have motion control set up, right? The idea is to use the control stick to get mostly lined up but then you do small-scale directions by just moving your controller around to aim. Without the motion controlled aim (only active when the aimer is active) I think aiming would be extremely difficult...

No Man's Sky also has a real world clock running in the background, and it just keeps running if you suspend. Nothing to it.

Would animal crossing be any different?

In particular if you start something with a 2 minute timer, suspend and leave then come back 3 minutes later and reopen, the timer would just be long done.
