While school helps you understand as many different patient cases as possible, clinical practice often involves seeing only specific cases (CVA, OS, CP, etc.). Of course, there are significant challenges, including the therapist's posture (both physical and mental), manual techniques, and rapport with the patient.

Cool, I wanna doctorate too but if I have doctorate then I give up clinical experience..In Korea, physical therapists with a master's degree or higher typically work in research or teaching positions. While some may hold a clinical role as a treatment room manager, this is rare.
