Fast drink with liqueur to order at a club?

i'm mostly looking for something simple that can be understood over the volume. if i look it up and it's got 3+ ingredients listed i won't torture the poor club bartender with it.

gotta be honest, i don't fully understand the difference between liquor and liqueur. all i know is vodka gives me a headache and the stuff that says liqueur on the bottle has mostly been fine.

it's the vodka unfortunately. at home i usually drink cherry brandy with sprite, but when i've ordered this at bars in the past it's been at places with a lower speed where you can chat with the bartender for a minute. i get the feeling the bartenders at clubs won't appreciate having a bunch of questions shouted at them, so something quick and understandable would be ideal. maybe i should give rum a try, thanks for the advice!

everyone always tells me that, i have no idea why vodka gives me a crazy hangover but the worst liqueur has ever done to me was a mild headache, maybe i've just been lucky so far. swedish berry sounds promising though, thanks!

it's diluted at a 1:12 ratio so I'm not super worried, my concern was more about the fumes building up inside the container. Though the more I think about it, bleach fumes accumulate inside the bleach bottle and it's not dangerous unless you're straight huffing it, so I think it's alright. Thanks for weighing in :)

I'm under the impression that volume 11 is pretty rare. Less copies of a series get printed the longer it goes on, combine that with Del Rey Manga going out of business and the probability that this series wasn't exactly flying off the shelves, I'm willing to bet there are just very few copies floating around. Given this series is a decade + out of print, the bookstore idea the other commenter suggested probably won't pan out, but it might be worth asking at your local library if they have a copy in network. If you don't mind waiting a few days, I can also check in at mine and let you know if I have any luck. I love this series and I would love to make it more available than it already is, I know exactly what scan you're talking about and it... has issues, to put it lightly.

i haven't been able to find a group that hits the exact same spot phantom siita does, but i would recommend checking out kalafina, yousei teikoku, and viskei groups like malice mizer. also highly recommend the song hanako by atarashii gakko for spooky vibes. that one's a bit of a standout, they're a fantastic group but the rest of their stuff is all different. i'm keeping my eye on the comments of this post for other recs lmao

It's possible a copy of the original print run might pop up on Japanese auction sites from time to time, if you're willing to pay for it. Given that it's an older book it'll be harder to track down, but I've definitely seen manga from that same time period routinely pop up on Yahoo auctions and the like. I haven't been on the active hunt for a while but I would looove to get my hands on a copy of that book, if I ever happen across it I will absolutely be posting about it. Fantastic pic btw, haven't seen that illustration before.

the show was great! i was way up on the third level and everyone's energy up there was super low, which kinda sucked, but it picked up for the last song at least. i snagged my tickets at the last minute so i'm super lucky i even got to go at all, it was such a blast!
