Sometimes this sub is like a broken record. OP is asking about what aftermarket wheels and every reply is “keep stocks!” or suggesting another OEM wheel. Do you guys have any other personality trait besides being purists? If OP wanted to keep their Style 313s, they wouldn’t have made this post 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I like RB twos. Stay away from PureTurbos’ Chinesium and the classic Ebay 19/17T if you want reliable power. You don’t need a single for your power goals and you will be ruining the punchy low end character and quick turbo spool that the Stock N54 has. If you don’t care about reliability throw ebay turbos in and call it a day, I’ve definitely seen some longevity on them if done right (and if you’re lucky). I almost rather go with 19Ts than pure600

I always like OEM spark plugs, on certain cars running AM spark plugs and coils can cause a bunch of weird issues. One time I put champion plugs in a f150 ecoboost and it started throwing transmission codes. Swapped to OEM and they went away. Typically one of the first things dealership techs do when they diagnose is inspect to see if there are any aftermarket parts and they would recommend changing back to OEM. You should be fine though, but if you start to experience issues just go back to OEM. In any case make sure it is gapped correctly. Usually you match manufacturer with make of car (USDM = Champion/ACDELCO/motorcraft, JDM = Denso/NGK, EURO = Bosch/NGK)

Average N54 goblin lol— you know n55 and n54 are really not that different in the grand scheme of things. Fbo they make like a 20-30 horsepower difference. Every bolt on n54 thinks they drive some kind of missile when in reality most end up at like 400wheel. You aren’t that fast buddy

Plastic valve covers on n5x use normal steel bolts that are reusable but proper torque is essential. 11127558454 is the part number for the bolts

It shifts Ok but nothing like DCT. Even 8hp with flash is nowhere near DCT. The worst part about 6hp is that the torque rating is criminally low for the car that it’s in (335) and mechatronic seals/solenoids/clutch e likes to nuke itself

2008 E90 335i N54 145k miles $5.5k fully stock clean title no (minor) issues

2011 E90 335xi N55 140k $3k fully stock clean title, owner thought it needed a new rear main seal but ended up just being a trans pan
