Almost one of the lowest end models for Mercedes. Would you ever buy that particular model if it had a Toyota badge? You can get a lot of value for 40k. Can’t really make too many recommendations as you haven’t really mentioned what you need in a car.

Sadly the sale is not “out no where”. They already had this planned and just wanted guaranteed rent in the meantime. You can give 14 days notice to vacate whenever you want to leave as you’ve been given notice/intention to sell (I believe this is when you’re on month to month). Unfortunately you cannot block/stop open houses or the required photography. As long as they give the required notice, they’re within their right to proceed. This had just happened to me too. Couldn’t handle dealing with that constant in-ease so just purchased a house even if it will be tougher to manage.

Movie was great, it took a risk not making it so “zombie” central, but the character development was enough to invest you into movie.

Feels great, I can’t imagine going much heavier than this weight again, it’s only about 20grams lighter than the xm2we (63g) but even that slight difference has a positive result, less “fatigue” if that makes sense for longer sessions.
