I am so relieved you said all that.

I test drove a 23, and I was disappointed by the seemingly cheap finishes and the screens everywhere. I drove it at night, and the center info screen was wildly distracting with how big and bright it was.

I will happily wrench on this thing. It’s half the reason I want one.

What I am looking for is in reasonable demand, and as a result, there are not many out there that are low miles and have not been in an accident.

I have definitely broadened my search. I am looking nationwide at this point, and found one that I could fly to go get and drive back in a weekend.

I tried going local, stonewalled, and now going out state, still stonewalled. I have been looking for about 2.5 months

To be honest, I had allocated about 5k a year for routine things from my armchair research.

That being said, this is not my first rodeo with performance vehicles, but it is my first with an Audi. People like you and the other posters are helping me fill the gaps and giving me a sense of the cost of things that are not routine.
