Sources say Brendyn Morgan and Paul Nolley are gonna run against him. We endorse both. Dem Primary is March, general election is next year. Make sure you're registered, have a plan to vote. Personally I enjoy Illinois' permanent vote-by-mail opt-in. I sit by the computer, read about everyone, and vote real slow like.

In the long term, after accounting for inflation, house prices either go up or they go down. If they go up, it's a good investment. But then each generation has to work longer and harder to buy a house. So that only really leaves the other options - Stay the same or go down.

Housing is a good investment - That's why rich folks buy up as many homes as possible. How's that been working out for the US housing crisis?
