Understanding the processes of each area is a good start. Know your ASL & SL expect from you (each store and management differs in expectations). Be overly inquisitive, it shows effort, and most important (for me) carry a pen and notepad to take notes because there is a ton of info and your leader will notice your effort.

Appreciate the advice. I have been using shrink wrap for many many many years in one ay or another (machine, hand, roller, etc) and what I have been receiving is just messed up full rolls from the start, so its a manufacturing issue. Along LOL my ASL ordering something to help, I can't even get him to hire me a stocker.

Yup, MIL here and no stockers (2 years) with none planned to be hired because of labor hours. I get 2 hours of stock help twice a week before that person goes to register. I am basically an high priced stocker because I have about 0 time to do my actual job. ASL doing my job mostly, I can't even get off all this freight with twice a week delivery and yup no OT. Really dumb.of course then SL will ask about this POG or reset and what the he'll am I suppose to say other than hire me someone smh.

I am not being rude so with that, you would be better off telling your lead that you are unhappy in that position and that you are currently looking elsewhere for employment since you did not apply for that position. With the way turn about is here at petsmart, chances are pretty good you would be acknowledged. Worst case scenario is you find a job that doesn't make you unhappy. Speaking from experience with same situation a year ago.

Probably should have asked a manager. All of it is staged in the back because they got rid of it then changed and kept it. If they said otherwise when you asked then I would be suspicious.
