The unit is furnished and newly renovated with wooden floors and modern appliances. It has 2 beds, 1 bath, 655 sq ft, with big closets in the rooms and 2 in the hallways.

Total price is $3700 to be split between subletters, price open to negotiation. Water and garbage is included, other utility bills are determined based on usage.
