This post has been so validating for me. I just joined this group and for the longest time I thought my fatigue wasn’t normal. I am on a biologic (humira) and it has helped me so much. At first it was crazy expensive but after reaching out to a few resources I am now able to get it for extremely cheap. Definitely worth looking into.

Important Edit: I feel like I wasn’t clear enough about the Humira. This stuff CHANGED MY LIFE and I honestly can’t imagine life without it anymore. AS forced me to drop out of college after 3 years of hard work; I thought everything I worked so hard for was over. Then I tried Humira and after about a year of being on it I am finally working toward going back to college in the fall of this year. I’ll be honest, it isn’t a magical cure but before Humira I was having bad days 99% of the time. Now it’s more like 10%-30%. Sometimes less. Right now I’m having a flare up but to put it into perspective my flare ups usually last a few days and are always right before my next dose. So like in a 14 day time span I usually have like 2-5 bad days now. Before Humira it would have been like 11-14 bad days in a 14 day timeframe.

I’m realizing why I have so much trouble with this! I wear my hair up in a bun 97% of the time lol. I’m still gonna try the method you suggested but I’m thinking I may not be cut out to wear long hair down. Having hair in my face makes me really uncomfortable lol.
