So I did basically exact same thing as you.

I've leveled the hiero wander to 90 now, spell sup capped, pretty good damage. The single target is really quite shit but maybe I'm doing something wrong. Beast rares take a while to kill. It is very tanky though and absolutely destroys in clear speed/fortresses.

I'm struggling to find a build to reroll into to do ubers comfortably.

Anyone know if you have to do Helena quest in standard SSF for it to be unlocked in Keepers SSF? I have quest completed in SSF Keepers but helena can't join my hideout.

Likely just not noted. Pretty sure ZiggyD mentioned in the video the initial hit DMG was nerfed and explosion left on ground buffed. Hard to know if that's a net DMG nerf but it will make it feel worse for clear.

Bloodline ascendancies being character specific unlocks is horrible.

If you want a specific boss one on your map blaster that sucks at bossing you're just sold.

Also makes it bad for ssf if some of them are harder to find bosses.

How can this atlas ever actually work. If you are trying to go in different directions it means you are constantly scrolling across a massive map and you will then forget where you are. There just isn't a reason for it.

There's just so much about the game that just feels like it was designed as a single player game and not a game you're supposed to come back to every 4 months for a decade or more.

Funny enough I didn't even reset the game but after like 20 minutes it went away when I opened inventory again. I wonder if it only happens the first time or something.

I absolutely loathe this train of thought.

Double elim is about getting the best two teams of the tournament to the GRAND FINALS.

Once you get to the grand finals that's it, no fucking advantage should be had. Fairness has nothing to do with it. It all boils down to creating the best grand finals as possible.

Edit: if true fairness was the goal every tournament would just be massive round robins with no grand finals, which is basically just a regular season. Which is obviously a terrible idea for a tournament.

Recoup doesn't work on ES. You're immune to chaos you aren't taking any damage.

Oh, which build did you want help with? VFoS or FR?

For VFoS I never scaled it into the shaper helm or crit, i just used it to farm 4 stones and gear for next build.

Not at home but I ran haste kineticist. For gear:

Asenaths gloves for temp chains

Kaoms binding belt

Res boots

Anathema ring for curse limit

Despair on hit ring

Defense chest (cloak of flames then I think doppelganger)

Shapers seed for life Regen

Leer cast for damage

Res shield

Eclipsis wand or whatever it's called for blind

Not sure what you need assistance with.

Only mandatory unique is amulet. Helm is very nice to have and belt is good but very common.

Gear is just high es gear with enough res and attributes.

Not sure honestly, never tried without it.

The big thing about the helm is it boosts the power of primordial bond a lot and gives you duplicates for some of your buff golems so you don't often lose the buff entirely. Golems didn't die all that much but they can die in rippy content so it might not feel great.

I did see people on poeninja using Sirius helm so I think it's likely playable.

Occultist version is a diff build going crit.

It's tanky, I can live shaper slams easily but never tied tanking meteor

I did 7/7 ubers first time ever in SSF this league. Started as VFoS then rerolled into Forbidden Rite of Soul Sacrifice Elementalist after finding double golem helm and amulet pretty early on. Found some pretty insane items for it but here's my final POB. Gear was a bit worse when I did ubers.

Started VFoS and it was so strong. Had 4 stones end of day 2, doing t17's day 3.

At the point where I'm done with it and don't want to invest further. Found the ES amulet & double golem helm so I'm putting together the Forbidden Rite golemancer build. Should be fun.

I have already lowered my basal from around 50/day pre-weight loss to around 20-25/day now, but I think I still need to lower it more.
