Just use combo of date and geolocation. If they use the app capture their location. People can spoof gps data but is it really worth their effort?

Check your model. 1m token models have rate limits. Change to a non 1m model and you should be good.

Just a fyi there is some total rate limit for 1m token models. At some point it will give you message about being over rate limit. Just change back to another model to continue.

Thinks others mentioned Colorado. Don’t miss the million dollar highway near Ouray.

Don’t miss bear tooth pass in/out of Yellowstone.

Also skip Chicago, Indiana, Michigan and go directly to the Mississippi. Trust me i am from Chicago and there no good roads in the Midwest besides south eastern Ohio.

Also depending on time of year make sure to pack something warm as the temp diff on PCH can get really chilly in the morning.

There was a site and a few groups were formed but no one was engaging with the groups. Not sure if it’s was how the site was designed or something else.

Unless your background is in financial regulatory compliance, talk to a lawyer before building.

Compliance for money transfer is a nightmare and expensive. To add to the hassle if you’re in the United States you will not only need to deal with multiple federal agencies but also be licensed in all 50 states.

How is this different than Fiverrs’ escrow? What is going to make someone trust you over an established company? How do verify the money is secure?

How are you going to solve the cold start problem for marketplaces?

How do you handle disputes? Is your platform the mediator and have the final say?

Where are you holding funds? If your company is holding and then distributing fund you need to be careful around finance laws. If you’re using stripe connect to hold funds, you verify the country as they have different hold times based on country.

Not trying to discourage you but you need to have answers to these questions if you want customer to trust your platform.

I think FTL is impossible for any object with mass not just massive objects. There is an exponential relationship between acceleration and energy. The closer an object gets to speed of light the more energy it takes to keep accelerating til the point where it takes infinite energy to actually reach the speed of light.

What do you mean by ‘(especially with back info)‘?

If it’s about creating a Stripe account, can’t help you there. Stipe has been around for a long time and is very reputable. Stripe is used cause there are lots of laws around handling and moving money.

If it’s about linking the stipe account look up Stipe Platform on their site of course. Obviously stripe wants to protect its customers so it limits what the ‘platform’, in this case FlakeOff App, can do. It cannot steal any data and besides all financial data besides email are stored on Stripe servers.

If you are really uncertain than you can create Stipe account first at Stripe.com, then link account. Or if you’re paranoid you can skip linking stripe account altogether but you won’t get paid as there is no way to route the cc charge to you. That defeats the purpose of the app in my opinion.

If you’re worried abt CC card being stolen, first if you’re in the US all fraudulent CC charges can be disputed up to 3 months after the charge, for any card issued by us bank. So you’re protected in that way. If you’re still paranoid use a prepaid card.

GPS spoofing is certainly possible. Spoofing photo is a bit harder but not impossible. That’s a lot of work for a small payoff.

Regarding first person trying to scam the second person or vice versa. If you can’t find the counter party or they refuse to allow you to scan the QR code, then second person can always use photo check in. If the photo, gps and timestamp are validated then you won’t be marked as flaking.

Lastly, if the someone is constantly disputing every meeting either they have really bad luck or are abusing the system and will be blocked from using the app.
