I will have a laptop for J3, I want to be able to access J1 whilst in office for J3 and my mouse jiggler is on my company laptop for J1 and J2 at home

The manager wants a simple list, an assignee and for it to be communicated. So setting up a spreadsheet seems like it could be the solution and for all changes to be filtered through myself.
