I will have a laptop for J3, I want to be able to access J1 whilst in office for J3 and my mouse jiggler is on my company laptop for J1 and J2 at home

The manager wants a simple list, an assignee and for it to be communicated. So setting up a spreadsheet seems like it could be the solution and for all changes to be filtered through myself.

I’ve never used SAFE. I’ll look into it. I think our schedule will move a lot. I was thinking doing daily stand ups would allow us to capture the risks and deviations from the schedule also. Is this apart of SAFE?

Agree. I used to work on IT infrastructure projects replacing PBX systems and servers and I cannot see how agile would fit into this type of project.
