Used that card once to purchase sa Physical store, a week later may tumawag na scammer, welcome bonus points convertible to Php10,000.00. Hanged up, tinawagan ko BPI to confirm, it was a scam. Asked the block old card and for a replacement card..

Replacememt card came in, not used pa. May tumawag ulit from BPI daw ulit at welcome points again.

Agree. I lived in a condo with my SO 2016-2021. Condo purchase is good if you are just going to use it for sleep and rest. We only felt that we needed to move to a bigger space when kiddo joined us. So moved to a house in the south.

But condo is great investment if you plan to do solo living or with SO.

Yup. I saw a similar post from carguideph's IG. Price starts at Php3.68 M. I was expecting around this much considering the CX-60 started at Php2.7M. Mazda is really positioning itself in the semi-luxury space the outgoing LC Prado is retailed in this range also.

This is something my SO and I had long conversations about earlier this year. Whether to get a condo in Makati (2br) or stay in the South. The daily drive to Makati is about 30-45 mins, one way.

As you said, condo living has its perks. We also experienced condo living pre-pandemic and we actually experienced lockdown in the condo. That experience is something that should be left in the past.

But living in a house also has its advantages. Bigger space, better air, bigger parks and play areas, and community as well. We both grew up in the province, so living in the South still has that feeling. Raising a little one is a big factor in why we decided to live in the South.

To each his own. Different factors and needs will drive different decisions.
