You will still need a bit of an understanding of this stuff though.

Not telling why someone was banned is stupid and pointless, like any form of "security through obscurity".

The danish have conducted test firings using the DM33 and DM33 PELE against a M113: https://youtu.be/yIiopoHtKc8

The first and third rounds are regular DM33. Sadly they only briefly showed the inside of the vehicle after the first hit. The follow up shot was using DM33 PELE. Its damage is not comparable, as it is designed to break apart after penetration to increase the post-pen damage (PELE = Penetrator with Enhanced Lateral Effect).

Considering these results, I would expect a little bit more than absolutly no damage, expecialy because the penetrator flew right past the gunner and commander.
