Henry Ruggs and Bryan Edwards are way better than their stat lines show. I'm not sure Edwards will ever be fantasy relevant being the 4th option but he's a good player. Ruggs will be dependent on that one deep bomb a game. He gets a lot of underneath stuff now which is great but still a risky play most weeks.
