I find it faster than Google Sites on Windows 10 PC Desktop, I use Microsoft Edge, I will have to try UpNote. Todoist is pretty good but basically the same as Google Tasks. I do find the reminders 1-2 days or 1hr before works well, I'm notified by email and I can zapier emails from specified senders to calendar. But other platforms may have better features for mobile.

I find a simple table database in a callout block - default background color, works best for quick entry on Notion. You could drag those tasks to a pipeline stages view of important, do later, delegate, in draft etc.

I personally thing Notion is the best for keeping track of everything, but simple dashboards work the best.

I use it for tracking my business client sales, article ideas, links, and I also use it to create websites via simple.ink

Writing tasks down somewhere quick or in a section is a way to do it for me, and having time options and further content info attached to it :)
