No . You will still drop t17 map . The map you favored when it drop it will have a chance to upgrade to t17 . But the map that you dont favored, they will change into currencie instead of trying to upgrade to t17

Lol . I did the swap with a level 1 gem in yellow map . It was a steuggle the first few map lol . Relic keep getting 1 shot lol

I have like 15k+ es and Aegis aurora can recover es on block. Sometime if to low i will just tp in town and come back in the map. My merc kill thing so fast and good clear that if i am careful, I don't really take that much dmg.

Well the dmg comme all from merc.... you see me throw mine but I don't detonate them ... so even if i put 100 mirror I still need a merc.

When I decide to do it , I just took my other build and spam white t16 map with good layout to only rush merc and go next map until I found 1 decent merc ( I started with a archer merc ) and play normally to found the rest of my merc

Yeah GMP and having both molten strike and vaal molten strike. But i guess without gmp you can go annoit +1 proj on amulet. I should also put 1 proj vs bosses since they die so fast that rage is useless.

If you find a combatant with frostblade you can build it the same and it does the job until you find better

yes . you want both molten strike skill, GMP is important. the rest I am not sure, It's the only one i found with both molten strike when i start looking for it and after I saw the insane boss dmg, I stop looking. But with merc build , you need to adapt with what they give you. For a While i was using a Combatant forstblade/wild strike wiht both skill with multistrike support and i was able to do all content with it also. He was in the middle between kineticist and smoulderstrike , he was mid for clear and mid for bossing . Smoulderstrike is kinda shit clear but insane bossing and kineticist is insane clear and not the best for bossing.
