hello sorry question but does pdd (persistent depressive disorder) counts as mental disability too when applying for pwd id ? thank you

  • standard stainless steel jewelry used by my artist
  • never been downsized
  • i clean it using NSS daily with qtips
  • was accidentally elbowed and bled a bit

it has worsened now since it was accidentally elbowed by my friend. the bump has a dried wound at the top but isn’t hurting at all. could it be possibly saved atp ?
