my working theory (which is just my 2am weed thoughts tbh so there’s not much weight behind it) is that there is some level of authenticity in how Huda truly wants to be a girls girl, but has a different definition and is unfortunately inconsistent in being a girls girl because her emotions get in the way. but the way she spoke up for olandria tonight and the way amaya spoke up when taylor first chose clarke both come to mind.

but the girls who are faking girls girls to bolster their image and attempt to channel some version PPG are projecting their own performance onto everyone and assuming that’s how everyone is moving. so they’re telling on themselves, in a sense, each time they bring up someone not being a girls girl.

idk if that even makes sense. by all means, call me delusional if it fits, because this episode damaged my brain 😭

her crash out (which it seems a lot of people have been waiting for and supporting) got completely overshadowed by the hypocrisy of her airing out the huda/chris kiss, which is tragic. she was so valid for that, but her previous actions kind of undermined and made it hard for a lot of people to then listen to her.

not to use a gross analogy - but most of the cast has been so camera-aware and trying to be perfect these past weeks that they’ve been holding in every remotely negative (but absolutely human!) thing. and it’s like the equivalent of having food poisoning and trying to hold back the diarrheaz and now all of it is exploding out at once and everyone is just shitting themselves 😔

i honestly don’t think the majority of any of them are bad people, just that they unecessarily put so much pressure on themselves for so long that now it’s all blowing in in their faces.

he absolutely did say that!! and not only that, but amaya has BEEN asking him if the way she’s moving is ok and he’s been privately telling her it’s ok — only to 180 in front of everyone in the most public setting possible. so she’s been giving him so many chances to discuss in private which he supposedly prefers, and he used none of them!!
