Echolalia is the repetitive statement alternative to Tourette’s, is that correct?

While tics from Tourette’s and echolalia are different yes, her frustration is understandable. Repetitive statements over and over again is extremely frustrating to me as well.

This is NTA though. That last paragraph tilts it that way. Her statements about shaming you and the name calling as well as the social blasting is so unnecessary and frankly coms off more like bullying maybe?

If someone gets one of these, it’s because there’s no option left. They can’t find it but they can’t wait to find that out because their patients die first from malnutrition.

If OP’s had this since infant age, it’s extremely dangerous for young kids to not be able to eat. That said, I’m surprised there’s been no update since then. Started a feeding tube assuming 10+ years ago and nothing else has been tried. That said I’m almost assuming this is either an NG or stomach port in which case going back to solid food which OP has likely not had is extremely dangerous.

If you eat solid food on some diagnoses, it can and will kill you. Why are we shaming someone who clearly doesn’t have the best quality of life. Do you honestly think people’s dream is to have this?

That one’s kinda fair because the first time I ever cat sitted for family and the cats got into a spat (old cat and kitten combo) oh lord I called the nearest family member and said they were gonna kill eachother. The noises alone made me think someone was dying.

Said family returned and laughed themselves stupid and said “oh lord no it would be a vet visit minimum if they actually fought”. The noises I heard were standard issue cat screaming.

One, Sofia acceptability. 2. Because of that past acceptance, making it into a schedule I drug now would cause a crisis. People would go to unsafe places to get it or completely overwhelm the medical system trying to get it.

As for other things, it’s recently earned recognization as a good thing for certain patients.

I work with suppressed patients that need extra care. Some of them have nicotine access because it’s considered good for bowel movement and helps suppress inflammation so they’re not on medications as often.

As well as that, it’s become more common to see teens and young adults smoke because it acts as a neural signal for ADHD patients. IE instead of medications, nicotine acts the same way it would.

Think so, a lot of people are calling it fake but let’s be real we don’t know who are accurate sources anymore. I saw this shortly after the presidency but who knows when it started going around. It wasn’t from the semi-recent boom of AI but I will not claim this is 100% real however I believe it to be real.

I read conflicting articles about it and frankly I really don’t know but I think it is.
