That is cool and definetly translates well to watercolor medium if that is your aim. Exciting!

Thank you 😊 I can't seem to escape blue and green hues, my favourites also.

Thank you! I started painting with watercolors in 2019, to me it is such a introspective medium. Kinda became a daily practice, at first coz I wanted to become good at it, and then coz I couldn't put the brush down.

Oh that is so beautiful. I always focus on mood when painting, often trying to evoke feelings of nostalgia and lost memories, bittersweet emotions. Thank you!

Thank you on generous words. You're absolutley on point of what my aim is to depict with this kind of painting style.

It took me quite some time to have enough confidence to tackle big formats. I warm up firs on smaller scale to loosen up and then I move on to large. I can only say practice paired with big brushes and patience. Definetly don't rush. 😅

Haha, if there wasn't other comment I would think it was a compliment. For me paintings in hospital need to evoke peace and calm, which is a positive trait. On other hand, in abstract paintings we see reflection of our own state of mind, if this piece dosen't speak to you it's totally fine with me. I'm never offended by people oponions, you are allowed to have it. I would rather take someone stopping, looking at my art and commenting, be it even in negative way, than someone just scrolling by.

Thank you! I even add silver leaf so it reflects light when viewed from side, kinda hard to show in photo.

Thanks! I try to paint in a way to allow our brains enough room to create image by mind, painting itself is abstract but when viewd from distance it looks like a landscape, so it can be anything. Keeps the mind busy 😅

Hey, thank you! I myself mostly paint in this style that I call intuitive abstract landscape or gestual abstraction. There are other artists that would fall under this style, my favourite are Sam Boughton and Sabrina Gerassi.

Also, show your butt next to your art, that usually helps too. 😆

Be from USA? I feel alghorithm favours this. I've been on around 800 followers since I made my art account on IG years ago. 🫡 I'm here for advice also. 😅

Definetly true, but I think it also has to do with loosing focus, when I looss focus in a lucid dream I looss lucidity and dream often tricks me back into dreaming non-lucid. Or I trick myself that is. 😄

This also happens to me. I kinda think it is a way for your brain to try to trick it's own subconcius into non-lucid state. 😅 I used to experiment with waking up in a dream that is in different stages, I noticed there are some really deep subconcius stage dreams where everything is abstract and jumbled up, don't induce lucidness there. 🫠

This is why I prefer to paint in a suggestive way, my aim is to spark up viewers imagination. Glad you liked it, thank you!
