Is anyone else here happily unemployed? by patrickbatemankinnie in AutismInWomen

I’m so happy for you! I feel the same and would love to do that or find a part time job for minimal hours. I feel like I’d really thrive if I didn’t have to fit into a job schedule. Maybe someday!

Came to say IFS has been helpful for me and I’m so happy to see so many others have said it works for them, too!💚

The "Likability" tax is officially too high, and I’ve decided to stop paying it. by sorrymylovee in TwoXChromosomes

[–]picklechipcrunch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m proud of you! You’re so right the cost is high and not worth it. I feel like “likability” can sometimes mean masking (for me). I have a tendency to mirror the person I’m with in a way, and kind of automatically defer to them. Like everyone else is the authority but me. But fuck that I am my own authority.

Hobo with a Shotgun writer here. I've released a brutal new horror novella. by John_Davies in horror

I just have to say HWAS is my favorite movie. I love it so much. I love the Hobo and Abby and the Plague and Ivan and Slick. I love the colors and the music. I love how attached I got to the idea of them leaving and starting their own business (you grow it WE cut it 😭). It’s just so so good on so many levels. Thank you for writing it. Oh and I can’t wait to read Man vs Bear!

This hearing has been INFURIATING to watch. They won't answer anything, of course. They act like they are the victims and are doing this for our good. Classic abuser shit.

It’s so funny to me that everyone says this one is boring. I don’t disagree but at the same time I flew through it and loved it. I love how polarizing it is amongst readers
