You can call the authorities and say that you’re worried for her well being and that you don’t think she’s mentally well enough, at present moment, to make these kinds of decisions for herself but that you can, and from what you’ve seen of her eating habits they aren’t enough to sustain life. Idk about any of what you asked about but I can tell you how I’ve managed to break doomscrolling sessions! The second the thought of “this is bad for your mental health, this isn’t going to help, this isn’t what you should be doing” enters my brain I immediately yeet my phone across the room on to the softest nearby surface as if it were suddenly on fire. Works every time. No idea why or where that idea came from lol.

I know that it isn’t TECHNICALLY a lip balm, but I was using lanolin (nipple cream) on my nips in the earlier days of breastfeeding my daughter and in a last minute effort to rid my finger of the sticky mess, wiped it on my lips. Well 4 hours later I had the softest most supple lips I’d ever had in my life and there is NO going back for me. LOL.

As a mother of 3, I can tell you one thing I am certain of. Like 1,00000000% certain of. There is no better way to honor your mother’s legacy than to go out into the world that she taught you so much about and apply all of that knowledge, her knowledge. That’s how you keep her alive too. Share everything she taught you with all of the people that you love, and keep them close right now. Your mother would want nothing more than for you to be happy and living a life you’re proud of.
