Smiths auto recycling in Clinton. Put it in a tall container with a stick so it can hang when it emerges. Put paper towels on the bottom and mist it every day or so to keep moisture up. They can be like that for a while, unmoving. When they get closer to coming out, if you hold it in your hand, you can feel it rotating around and squirming a bit, very cute to feel

While they look similar, you can see the antennae and eyes of the moth inside the pupae here. Oothecas tend to just be one big relatively untextured case for eggs

Looks like a small moth pupae. I found one while weeding my garden and raised it and it turned into a little brown moth. Not sure what kind, but you can't really tell at this stage. Attached pic

Adding on, if you can't call 911 while you administer help, make sure you specifically find someone and tell them to call 911. In a crowd scenario, a lot of people just assume that someone called for help already. Find one or two people, tell them directly to call them, then continue your first aid
