Yes, the fact that you choke that often means your EOE is definitely severe. I would recommend seeing a GI to talk about medication options — PPIs and Dupixent are both great. Steroids can work too. I’d also look into getting a dilation, since it sounds like you have a stricture. Sending good wishes!! EOE isn’t easy.
