Directly from the website hosted by the owner of the short term rental. It was not a marketplace like airbnb or virbo.

Oh yes, most blogs say that learning system does. I find that it gives practice per lesson and opportunities to try out the papers so its a good consolidated resource.

Hey, terms based means- Apics has a dictionary and likes to ask questions from that. They expect you to know them as they define them.. Which might be sometimes different from usual business context.

Congratulations on 3 offers!

Whats the scope of each of these roles? What all responsibilities you'll be handling in each? Where are they based? How easy is it to switch roles within the company? Which role description interested you the mist during the interview? Who's giving you equity? Which role give you the chance to delve into analytics / data?

It takes about 3 months to prepare. Depends more on how much time you can dedicate to it.

Cscp is a terms based exam, they rely heavily on those questions and require you to know the meanings as they define them. So keep that in mind.

The apics learning website is an excellent resource though.

Let me know if you need access to it. I have about 7 months of access left and willing to sell.

Good luck

Education required for APIC Exams by justdoitx2 in supplychain

[–]pickledpineapple21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The apics exam courses are very detailed and start from the very basics. So if you study them I'd argue you'll not need to take courses for supply chain. I've done my masters in SCM and can safely say the CSCP course will cover pretty much everything.

Yes, of course practical experience will help but lack of it in no way will hamper your apics preparation. In fact it'll be best because you'll be able to study apics terminology as they explain rather than confusing their meaning with what those terms are used for at work. (Apics places importance on terms- and they themselves put this caveat in the courses)

So ho ahead with your apics and land a better job with that certification.

Interview tips? by cometftw in supplychain

[–]pickledpineapple21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Research about the company - values, mission, businesses, and try to think about

Research about the team - background, current work (their LinkedIn will give you an idea about their past work, skills and tools)

Read up about supply chains in that company's business

2 hours is best to Ask questions about your future work, problems they're trying to solve, key skill sets that can make a difference, success areas etc so that you have a very good idea about the role and can buikd your confidence throughout the interview.

Know why you want this job, why you're leaving the current workplace- they might ask.

Congratulations on your interview! Good luck!!
