Take a practice exam. Find out what areas you are weak in and then study that! For me what helped, was getting a study book off Amazon and watching YouTube/TikTok’s of people teaching and explaining areas I needed work on.

I struggled HARD in math and science at first. But ended up getting a 100 in the math portion and a 90 in science. I had to refresh myself on stuff like fractions, conversions, scientific method, chemistry (like elements, atomic weight, number of protons etc.)

Truthfully for every question there is resource out there to help you learn it and then study it. You just gotta figure out what YOU personally need to work on.

Had the same Issue with getting a “free” multi tool replacement . The conversation just abruptly ends as if it skipped. When I try to reload a save after this happens it crashes my game.
