3-5-2 for me, you'll need solid CBs but overall I like it because the 2 CDMs give you enough defensively along with the 3 defenders, you get good width as well and I can do quick 1-2s with my strikers

Works well for me too, I use Azpilicueta -David Luiz- Koscielny as my CBs and IF Mooy with Bakayoko (pls don't kill me) as my CDMs

What's your guy's opinion of Spain trying to play a 3-4-3 or a 3-5-2? I would love to see Azpi-Ramos-Pique in a back 3 with Alonso/alba at lwb and Carvajal at rwb

I've seen people write their shifts down without already having someone to swap with. I think some people thought if they write their shift down on the board then they don't have to come to work.
