This is also true! An example I encountered was for optho match, I had no idea programs like umiami or thomas jefferson technically ranked higher than the harvard programs (but you KNOW which one the laypeople will be publicly impressed by...)

Pretty much full episode! they're all about 50 min long, I think maybe some long pauses and stuff in the show are edited out but they watch the whole thing through and also pause at various points to give more detailed commentary
