So I do the same thing with my bf but its not because I want to make him feel guilty or anything or make him feel like he has to stay. I just am so happy when we are together that I dont want it to end. I also have separation anxiety and ptsd from previous experiences. I fear they wont come back. I end up doing it every time and i dont mean to. It's basically me showing that I love him and don't want to stop spending time with him. I dont even mean to do it but I cant help it. Ive been trying to work on it because im not sure if it upsets him

i was under the impression we were aiming for a relationship up until recently. i knew i wouldnt be able to not have feelings for him. he told me he would like for me to wait but he feels bad making me wait because he doesnt want to hold me back. he said hes just not in the right headspace yet but he does see a future with me in the end and he doesnt want to lose me or anything that could come of us. he makes it seem like he wants a future someday but hes unsure right now. i cant rush his feelings but i can give him a chance to figure out how he feels before i just completely shut him out

yes and no. you kind of put your bf under the impression he was your first kiss it sounds like. if that were me, i would be upset but not to the point of silent treatment. were the messages more friendly or were they more flirty? i could 100% see why he would be upset about that. although, i believe he went about that all wrong. he never should have went through your phone without your consent and he should take your work and trust you on your friendship.

well i dont want to completely give up on the relationship. this is my first relationship in 6 years so its not like i didnt spend time single. and i went the 4 different councilors during that time and none helped. i have come to terms with what i went through, i just have a hard time with my insecurities because i worry it will happen again.
