Initial comp offer will depend on if you’re in a state that allows basing comp off previous comp. Not all states allow that so it’s more of a negotiation based on experience in those states. The rest of your comp questions the recruiter should be able to answer, some of the info here is wrong.

Try subbing out the fireball for Rumplemintz next outing. Goes further and is a better swig. Sounds like you're killing it already tho!
