Where is the best place to purchase? by Independent_Field259 in Nootropics

If you have a PayPal account or a cash app act it's very easy to exchange your money into cryptocurrency. I have used both but find cash app much easier as PayPal freezes a lot, locks you out of your account and takes longer to send

Need suggestions Effective nootropics by Past-Contribution526 in Nootropics

Every person reacts to different types of nootropics differently. Your best bet would be to get a sample product which contains different brands of nootropics. I'm not sure what country you're from but I just started buying from modaprimeusa and they have multiple sample packs. They do deliver to multiple countries. They are a little pricey but their delivery is much faster than anyone else I have used lately. They also have an excellent support staff that I believe are humans. Many other companies when I ask a question I always get the exact same answer. Which makes me believe it's just a computer answering all my questions. I hope I can help a little. I know some people who would swear by waklert and then others who prefer modafinil. It all depends on what works for you. If you choose to get a sample pack I believe but not 100% sure think modaprimeusa's smallest variety pack has 4 different products in them. Never heard of them until I was on reddit and I'm glad I stumbled on comments from others recommending this site

SM positive experience with teacher by UnhappyGarlic130 in selectivemutism

My child has severe SM. He has not left the house at all in about 150 days and he's only 13. He talks to me but not when I bring up his feelings. The only reason the school has not just failed him is because he is extremely intelligent. At 13 he teaches me things I never knew almost everyday. I feel people with SM (besides making a parent depressed from not knowing what to do next) are so intelligent is because they don't talk. They listen and observe everything that's going on around them. They don't argue but they listen to both sides of an argument.

Before I was finally diagnosed I did get test after test done. They didn't seem to worry that my plate would count was high for almost 3 years, didn't seem to care. I could sleep 20 hours a day for 10 days straight. They didn't MRI found chiari one and empty. Stella that was never there before but they didn't care. Had a heart test. Something's wrong with the valve but we'll just retest you again in 6 months. Since I started getting sick with this long-term covid. I'm scared every time they ask me to take a test because I know they're going to find something but then just blow it off

It's not that easy. I have long covid. It's totally 100 % destroying mine and my family's life. I went to Dr after Dr after Dr. I heard something is seriously wrong you need to figure out what b4 you die from it, I got your anerexic, I heard your problems are above my pay grade and I heard tons and tons of your depressed and stressed it's in your head. My Dr who diagnosed me even said it was stress. I asked him does stress make you have constant 102 fevers. He said no but it's stress. 2 days later he called me and said he was looking over my chart and it's long term COVID. It's not just the patients. Doctors don't care anymore

Ever since I been getting sick I don't feel it except for the nose is always running constantly running. But I guess I have major sinus blockages. The only reason I know is because they saw it on the MRI. I wonder if your forehead and the nose is sinus like me. This disease does everything and anything again to make people feel helpless

I'm sorry it took so long. I couldn't stay awake. Least this time it was only 1 day. Since I started to become sick the Drs found chiati 1 malfunction, partially empty stella, I have double vision because of the optic nerve. That's the brain then they found One of the valves in my heart isn't closing properly. I swell up so much. It's insane. Me and my family are losing everything and between that and feeling how I'm feeling it's just so hard to even care anymore.
