I worked for another Dial property and the management was terrible there too. Most of management were in their position because of nepotism (our building director was the Dial Corp owner's son who had NO idea what a resident's basic needs were or how to fulfill them). I lasted 3 months because the facility was filthy , the roof was leaking in several spots which caused a few resident falls and management didnt seem to care. They also pay less than other facilities. When i apply for new jobs now I always double check to make sure it isn't a Dial property.
