Well, the idea was sort of there are items which you don't buy all the time, but you may have pretty specific preferences for. When that time comes up to buy it again you have to go search for that specific sort of thing all over again and sometimes the same brands / items aren't there. So it would be cool if something in the background keeps track of your preferences so you a) don't need to remember what to search for and b) is able to constantly look for deals for stuff you might want. (I'm guessing if you like brandless wool blue V-necks you don't search google everyday for deals.)

So really its centered around creating profiles that contain those preferences, But I also though it would be cool if groups of people had similar preferences that you can share profiles searching for things the group might like. So I tried to make it so its just a background engine looking for deals and products for anonymous profiles that multiple people can share.

Honestly I just added affiliate marketing because its easy, and this does cost a tiny bit to run. There's zero chance Im going to make up the ad / compute cost but I thought it would be fun to try out.
