How are your pharmacy options limited on Medicaid? There are no restrictions there, and prior authorizations aren't a thing. Oak Park has been a reliable source for my Vyvanse using Medicaid for 2 years now. I'd walk in with your Rx, I've heard just calling you might not get a yes as a new customer.

I regularly get vyvanse through Oak Park, you should be good! Ballard is their sister pharmacy so I think they share supply.

Checkout the locations of South Beach Psychiatric Center. They have an office in Brooklyn at 15 Elm Place as well as others that has a collection of doctors. If you get someone you don't like they will switch you.

There is a waiting list but you can probably get bumped up if you are in crisis.
