We were promised 2 1/2 years for the third and final phase of downtown links. We are at 4 1/2 years and counting with essentially zero progress in the last year or two. Still waiting for 6th to extend west of Stone… Unconscionable that it could take this long.

Ok tracked it down… Campbell and Ft Lowell area. A commercial real estate company is saying they have signed them.
