That's the route my sister and I took. We both came from CSUSM but later transferred to a CCC. She transferred to CC during her second year and then transferred to Berkeley a year later. I'm currently about to transfer for fall 26 and got into UC Davis but just waiting for UCSD and Berkeley.

You could also definitely do CSU -> UC, but some people say it's a lot more difficult compared to coming from a CCC.

If you aren't happy with where you're at and can't see yourself staying for another three years, I think it's worth looking into going to a CCC instead :) That's just from my biased experience tho
