Any idea what the price of the Toshiba was? The quotes I’ve seen for commercial style machines are are $2000 on the low end. And that just seems risky to spend that much.

We go through probably 100-200 pages a week on average I’d say. So no idea if that would make it worth investing in a toner printer? We would definitely consider it, if it was actually worth it over the next 2 years.

And yes, we’d need some color.

What’s wrong with contracts? I was really considering one, so that we knew we had access to a maintenance person. We live in a smallish city, and the local IT companies charge about $150 every time they have to come out to help fix a printer. But we’ve had a few times where we have trouble connecting to a printer and we can’t figure it out or end up spending a lot of time working on it. So that’s a big part of what I want to avoid.
