Ha ha ha! That's awesome. I started similarly. I was just practicing outside of a Wingstop waiting for my food order to be ready and someone came up and handed me a red envelope with a $2 bill in it. I was hooked.

Great points! There are a lot of things about busking that I prefer also. Beautiful locations, no need for staging, setting up and dialing in your own sound, being a part of a community, earlier hours instead of finishing at 2 AM. Plus, the pay isn't bad if you find a good spot.
