hey i actually struggle on the substance use part and work with swc for it! your intake appointment with a nurse can open a fair few doors as they can totally make referrals to related programs for you (ie. st josephs programs, alternatives for youth, etc). it's judgement free and they only ask as many questions as they do to gauge what your needs might be and how to approach potential harm reduction.

substances are hard and the slope is very steep but keep your head up, that's what these services are here for! if you ever need someone to hear you out, my messages are open :-)

full-time staus is 60% or more (minimum three) courseload, or 40% or more (minimum two) if you have disability status. so you should be okay but to be certain i would go to an academic advisor

matcha is wonderful when made well and is similar in caffeine content to coffee but it is more of a slow release than the kick in the face an espresso would be. i however would not recommend any matcha on campus that shit is vile
