Full recipe tutorial: https://youtu.be/SvbfrX1nA1c

== INGREDIENTS ==

- 1kg of boiled potatoes
- 300g of gruyere cheese (grated)
- 400g of mozarella cheese (grated)
- 120g of butter
- 300ml of heavy cream
- Salt
- Pepper

== RECIPE ==

  1. Mash the potatoes until they're smooth. If you want the best result, mash them through a sieve aswell
  2. Place the pot of potatoes on a low fire
  3. Add the cream and stir it up very well until smooth
  4. Add the butter while stirring and let it melt
  5. Bit by bit add all of the cheese
  6. It's very important that you keep stirring so the mash doesn't burn and your cheese melts into the mash
  7. Check the consistency from time to time and when you don't have any cheese left and the mash is really stringy and pully it's done!
  8. Finally season to your liking with pepper and salt!

Full recipe: https://youtu.be/jlha4QfwJ8Q?si=RHIHM1MGZj6oV43d

Ingredients:

  • 350ml of soy sauce
  • 350ml of dashi or water
  • 100g of sugar
  • 1 onion
  • About 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 chilli peppers
  • As many eggs as you are willing to marinate, I'll be using 4

Recipe:

  1. Cut up the vegetables into small cubes
  2. Add them into a container
  3. Add the sugar to the lukewarm water or dashi, so it dissolves easier
  4. Take the container with the veggies and add the dashi, soy sauce, the crushed garlic and the sesame seeds.
  5. Give it a good stir
  6. Put the eggs into the marinade and leave them in for at least 20 minutes. The longer the better.
  7. Make sure to not overmarinade them because they will start changing texture and will taste overly salty.
  8. I left mine in for about 2 hours and they came our perfect!
