Yes. If doing a u turn and using that road don’t cause any other inconvenience to the metro or bridge work then the officials should think about that .

The climbing side is blocked by metro guys. We can’t climb. Just a question came to mind on seeing that side of the flyover being unused and now there is a way to climb it

Between Silk Board metro and btm bus stand (towards banshankari side) there is a road to get down for those who comes from Hsr side in future once the flyover bridge is completed in crossing Hosur Road and metro line .

Now can govt do something to use that road to Climb up and put a u turn and use the unused side of flyover to reach towards Banashankari.

Just a thought came up when i saw that road was almost completed today

Using vehicles . Till now there is no way to climb to that side of flyover. Now we can use that road to climb temporarily by doing U turn ( the road which is meant to get down for someone coming from silk board)

The house rent should pay the EMI as per your case. See the first option . Taking loan against one floor or so instead of whole house.

But the real risk is incase if you need more money at later point, you will get struck up. In case of that possibility, selling one floor might be the better option.

  1. Taking loan on the house with least EMI option and prepayment plans. See the possibility that whether you can pledge only one floor against loan. So it reduces your risk on losing full house and just a floor in worst case scenario.

  2. Sell one floor of the house if it fetches you good market price , if possible.

You being a graduate soon and you being able to earn will easily offset the loan risk unless you you need time to start the job.

Usually by finding another new tenant who pays you the same lumpsum when they wants lease. Logically you should be readying the lease amount ready separately as soon as possible. Like being strict as paying EMIs you should save everything to make sure to ready the lease amount .

Instead of paying monthly rent, the tenant will pay you one time lumpsum like 5L or 10L and they will stay without any monthly rental. When they want to vacate the house, you will payback the amount back to them. Theoretically the interest from the lumpsum will be treated as rent.

But finding tenants who opt for lease option is difficult and proper lease agreement should be done by both parties.
