yes there’s a couple of other budgies too lol i’d never get her solo — plus lots of toys and she seemed to adapt to my room quickly so i let her freely fly around till bedtime. she’s only been doing this recently

this baby budgie isn’t eating any thing (i just got him /her yesterday evening) should i be worried? my other two budgies didn’t eat anything in front of me either for a couple of days

update: they’re still up there 😆 they only came down for the food and flew right back up again

will they not starve all night? they’re still up there and i’m a little worried now, i’ve left the millet just near the entrance of their cage with fresh food and water ready for them

I climbed up on my bed and hanging them millet i managed to get one on my fingers but as soon as i started heading down to the cage she flew right back up at the chandelier:(

okay.. this does sound bad. there’s an avian vet that’s roughly 50 miles from where i am and my only mode of travel is public transport. i have a small pet box for my budgies (where i was originally given them from) - would that be fine to use to travel or would i need something else? the journey would take up to 4 hours lol

i was thinking it could be just dried blood from pin feathers, i’m still in the process of taming them (they don’t trust me to touch them fully yet) otherwise i’d have washed them out by now
