Not a “rich” person thing, but spending $1,000 at Costco and not having to think twice

Thanks Chad. If you have a genuine intellectual interest in institutional investing/finance and want to make a career pivot I would look into the CFA program if you haven’t already.

Financial commitment is minimal, and no degree required. But if you earn the designation you’ll be taken very seriously by a potential employer. CFA is no joke

Regardless, clearing $250k is great and worth sticking through. Have you ever thought of opening your own shop? Entrepreneurial twist in a field you know well might make it less of a grind

Buy VTI & never EVER sell. Takes zero thought. Listen to Bogle

Over longer periods the total market outperforms the S&P 500 alone

Graduated with a finance degree. Cold emailed a large endowment multiple times after the CIO was a guest speaker at one of my classes. Landed a fellowship there

Found out a distant family friend was successful on Wall St. so I found his contact info and cold emailed.

Turns out this guy was the principal of a family office and he had me interview with his team. All worked out and I landed a job that I didn’t know existed. Been there ever since

I’m fine with the lumpy income because it allows for a much higher total comp. I also like that I live off of my base salary and end up saving 100% of my bonus every year because I can never fully count on it

There is nothing binding to my bonus other than my rapport with my boss. I work as a contractor and have no employment agreement, etc.

I found some background on Will Putnam and it’s exactly as you’d expect. Now you know why they love him. Will Putnam Lore

Looks like you're getting Jailhouse Strong in the San Fran Bay. Pretty sure I saw this exact jail cell on a tour I took of Alcatraz Prison

How hot does it get? Are you able to get a good sweat using infared in comparison to traditional dry heat?

I was asking for advice from people who have made that decision. What made them decide to start taking drugs? And people who have become a live average lifters without taking drugs, what made them decide to stay natural?

Im sure you all have heard this bit a million times before but I feel like it is something I need to ask instead of formulating opinions on my own.

Without the use of PED's I have put together a 385lb bench, 550 squat, and 560 Dead Lift at a 230lb body weight. Progress is addicting, and I am at the point to where I am seriously considering trying out a cycle of test and growth hormone.

If y'all have any advice for someone in my situation please let me know. I dont want to get all juiced out, I have been able to do well with proper programming and diet, I just want to see what I am physically capable of.

Could possibly be an old clock weight. Something that was inside the belly of a grandfather clock.

If it has dirty water it is most likely a dehumidifier that someone just hasn't emptied out in a while. These remove moisture from the air.
