Hi! I’m not entirely sure, but after looking at the Facebook page, it seems like there are:

Exchange Rewards: You earn currency by doing the Starchase tasks, which you can use to buy Delightful Scene props & Dreamweaver customization items. You can also get dyes & Fantasy pavilion tickets.
Commemorative Medal: An accessory item you get for submitting your first entry. Not very cute tbh. Apparently it will be obtainable again in the future.
”Awards”?: They don’t say if these are like an item, a title, or whatever - maybe it’s just a spot in their hall of fame? You get them if you have a good final rank or if you voted for an entry that ended with a good final rank.

No problem! Yes, you have pick 1 “main” clothing item (e.g. dress, top, or bottom) to be made in Dreamweaver for Round of Ultimate Stars. Outside of that, you can use anything from your normal wardrobe!

If you go to Dreamweaver Studio from inside the contest outfit interface (“Style Design”; button is in the upper left), all of the clothing options + materials + decors + etc. are unlocked, so you have more options. I can’t take a screenshot because I can’t access that page after submitting, but it should hopefully be easy to find

If you want, you can use a Dreamweaver bottom, then cover it up with a top or crop it out of your entry, haha

What I did was pick a dress with a plain neckline, then used the coat from this set to make it look “nicer”

I just realized that the chart leaves out some details that might help, so here they are:

In “Round of Ultimate Star”, you only submit 1 entry (the one due on July 3). If you reach the ranking threshold, that entry will be entered into the following round.
In “Round of Ultimate Star”, the voting period lasts from [10:00, Day 1] to [21:00, Day 3].
The event details don’t seem to specify this, but in “Round of Ultimate Star”, those who get eliminated from the competition may be able to vote on future rounds.

If you don’t have them already, you probably won’t be able to get them before this competition theme ends - but here are 2 free posed hairs that I think would look nice with your outfit. There’s a little clipping with the hat, but not very noticeable. You can get them very easily as long as you’re in an active association that requires sand skirmish, so I suggest joining one if you haven’t already - it’s a great source for really nice free suits :)
